This is a video I did late this Fall on freezing yur carrots. It's a very good way to store them for the winter. but you do need freezer space. So right now my freezer is half full with grated carrots ;)

2011 garden vlog 2 Composting in winter!
Well I have to keep the flame alive even during winter! So I compost in my garage ;)
I can't say it really composts...but at least it keeps it all untill I trow it on my outside compost pile ;)
